The Main Components of the Feeding System

1) Material tower: The capacity is about 15 tons, the material is hot-dip galvanized corrugated sheet, and the weight is about 900kg, and the size can be customized according to customer needs;

2) Ground hopper: the capacity is 600Kg or 800Kg, hot-dip galvanized sheet or cold sheet is sprayed after forming;

3) Material level sensor: German ifm product, stable and high sensitivity;

4) Small food barrel: red, customized by Muqiao;

5) Feeding system: PVC φ90 material pipe, wall thickness 4.3mm, auger imported from South Africa

6) Feeding crane:

a. Traction type side bucket feeder: the head and tail frames are made of 3mm hot-dip galvanized sheet stamping, the galvanized layer is 275g, and the hopper is 1.0mm galvanized sheet;

b. Gantry type feeder: The side top feeding box is set above the feeding trough of each row of cages, and the volume of the feeding box can meet the feed intake of all chickens in each row of chicken cages, and the feeding is carried out once and twice.
